just wanted to clear your minds a bit about the mixtape and upcoming record: for the most part the songs on the mixtape (that are longer than just snippets) will not be making it onto the new FOB record. those were also demo quality. the version of “catch me if you can/proclaimation of emaciation” is a gym class hero pre-mix. we heard a song on “the quilt” early and fell in love with it. so we remixed it and rewrote the words to the chorus (“no, sam i am”- i cant fall asleep with out ambien. so many “z’s” they call me mr. goodbar- catch me if you can)…

other than that got into the studio with some people you wouldnt expect in the last few days. hope you like the way it turns out.
